​Sumaya is an artist, academic, architect and entrepreneur, the Founder and Managing Director of CREATO Design Research Lab Ltd. She has also been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Architecture of American International University-Bangladesh. She is the organizational member of United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Editorial Panel member of the prominent quarterly Magazine, DOT: Art and Architecture Bangladesh, under Delvistaa Foundation. Recently she has been designated as the mentor of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) under the a2i innovation Lab, Cabinet Division, Bangladesh along with being enlisted as a local mentor for the NASA Space Apps Challenge - Bangladesh organized by BASIS.

Md. Rubaiyat is professionally an architect, graduated from American International University (AIUB). After graduation he joined Studio XI Architects & was involved in different kinds of project all over the country. He has considerable skills in the architectural field & project management. ​His interests span through landscape & street photography, music & travelling. He is immensely inspired through experiencing various cultures through travelling & reading.

Being an architect, graduating from American International University - Bangladesh (AIUB) in the year 2011, Nashita has been immersed in the field of interior architecture & design from the onset of her career. She was involved in various architectural and interior design projects in both residential and commercial sectors. She has keen interest in Detail Design & Drawings, Landscape, Urban & Social Design and has accrued quite humble skills in architectural drawings, 3D design & project management. She has completed her post-graduation from The University of Sheffield, UK on Sustainable Architecture Studies. She is a bibliophile and also enjoys movies, music, travelling and pen sketches.
Muhammad Shahruk Jahir

​Muhammad Shahruk completed his bachelor's from American International University Bangladesh. He is an Architect, a interior designer & a professional 3D artist specialized in Architectural design and visualization. He is a veteran in this field accumulating more than 10 years of experience. He establishes a harmony between mechanical drawings and artistic sphere to deliver both the Architect's & Client’s dream upfront. He likes to design and draw three dimensional spaces in meticulous detail which intercepts both the vision and solving problems of a project. He is a very fast learner, can adopt any medium if a project requires. He believes that "perfection" is a moving target; one must keep up throughout their entire lifespan.
Ahmed Nurul Hasan Sakkhor

Ahmed Nurul Hasan Sakkhor is a practicing Architect/Urban Planner, an M.Sc. graduate in Sustainable Urban Planning from Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH), Sweden & B.Arch. graduate in Architecture from the University of Asia Pacific (UAP), Bangladesh with full membership of IAB (MIAB-S-223). He has conducted his M.Sc. research on the urban living conditions of a developing country. His M.Sc. thesis paper titled ‘Living Condition: A Case from Developing Country (Bangladesh)’ has been published in the Diva portal. Ahmed is familiarized with all kinds of architecture or urban-regional planning works due to his immense interest in Architecture and the Urban-Regional planning process. Over the years Ahmed has garnered a hefty portfolio with wide experience starting as an Intern Architect at Saif Ul Haque Sthapati, till 2016; Associate Architect at Archiground Ltd; till 2018; an Architect at Bose+Partners in Barishal till 2020. In 2020 Ahmed founded his own consultancy office Ahmed Associates in his home town Barishal & held the position of Chief Consultant. He was involved in near about 40 individual projects from both Bose+Partners & Ahmed Associates in Barishal.
Ahmed is the proud son of M. Nurul Alam Farid, a renowned freedom fighter journalist & also one of the founder members of IDEB. His mother, Prof. Sultana Begum, served as Chairman, Dept. Of Bengali, Govt. B.M College. Alongside he is also an Executive Editor of a daily newspaper. Photography, Watercolour Painting, poetry are some of his passions. He has won national award on watercolour painting in 2006. One of his solo photography exhibition was held on 2017. The theme song of UAP Architecture, Krishnokathi 2016 was written by him.
Touhid Ahmed Ome

Touhid Ahmed Ome, a Dhaka born architect, received his bachelor degree in 2015 from the Architecture faculty of American International University-Bangladesh. He has an extensive experience of eight years with PCC (Project Consultant and Construction) assisted by a dedicated and hardworking team. His design process and ideology is influenced by his birthplace - Dhaka - guiding his projects to an evolved and much matured contemporary style. His portfolio of projects is filled with variety, ranging from public facilities and private development, new buildings or requalification: family homes, collective housing, tourist developments, restaurants, public facilities (social, recreational, religious etc), urban regeneration and urban planning.
Touhid has occasionally also dealt his hand at some exclusive interior projects spread across the country. He has been involved in various competition projects, with work featured at national and international level. To be noted among the projects completed are "Vibrant Cyber City-Hi tech park kaliakoir" (2021), "JSML Spinning Mill-Fatullah" (2022), "Masterplan for Electromart ltd." (2022).
Keya Moni Dey

Keya Moni received her bachelor degree in 2021 from the Architecture faculty of American International University - Bangladesh (AIUB). She has been working as an Architect and Operations executive at CREATO since 2021. Her design process and ideology is influenced by nature. She has a keen knowledge about landscaping and plantation and curious about Eco-friendly buildings and designs.
She is involved in various types of Art, Crafts, Cultural activities, also cooking. She is a singer and she has completed a 2-year course on Rabindra Sangeet from Chhayanaut. She participated in a dance competition at IAB in 2018 and represented AIUB, her alma mater. She completed a one-day course from e-GP.
Md. Zulfiker Hossain
Accounts & Logisticss Executive
MD. Zulfiker Hossain, born in Sirajganj Sadar, Bangladesh, completed his bachelor's certification in Business Administration (BBA) with a major in accounting from National University in 2024. He is a quick learner with an inquiring mind. His passion for learning new things is quite striking. He has acquired potential dexterity in B2C marketing and customer service. He has been working in the product promotion sector, all the while continuing his studies.

He is also keen towards music, with a knack for singing and playing guitar. He took active part in club activities during his early academic days.
Shaun Sorker
Office Assistant
Shaun Sorker was born and brought up at a green village in the district of Sirajganj in Bangladesh. He moved to Dhaka with prospects of a bright future in 2021. He completed his H.S.C. in 2022, all the while working a full time job. He is passionate about computing and photography.
