RESIDENCE 22 embodies the Modern Architecture style also drawing in from the traditional style of space & functional arrangement.

’’This house is designed through the strong desire to reconnect with nature and all of its elements, earth, wind, water & light; to learn from nature and grow with it."
The wooden staircase, leading up to the first floor, exhibits undulated treads reflecting the waves of the ocean and stands as a sculpture itself. The first & second floors each hold private spaces with bedrooms and bathrooms along with semi private cozy living areas. There is also a playroom for the kids on the first floor, connected by a bridge-like corridor with visual connections with the central courtyard and the living spaces. A part of the second floor opens up as the roof garden space leading down to the mezzanine floor that sits right above the ground floor formal living.
The mezzanine floor is adorned with a pristine water fountain & a cozy seating area backed by raised beds of plantation, sheltered under a pergola with hanging plants, all the while invoking the cozy atmosphere of a canopied, lake-side camp. The roof garden is incorporated with an individual BBQ & serving zone for the more intimate stargazing gatherings. The top roof is designed entirely as a garden with distinct styles of arrangements for both flowering and vegetable plantations. It is also decked with an undulated seating by a lily & koi pond.
